WideSense Booth Expo: UITP 2025
Designing an 11-panel booth that turned complex EV fleet technology into a clear, visually striking story for the world’s largest public transport event.
The Challenge
For the UITP Summit 2025 in Hamburg, WideSense needed a 11-panel booth design that would instantly communicate their role in EV fleet optimization while elevating brand recognition. The booth had to work as both an eye-catching backdrop for walk-in visitors and a functional presentation space for scheduled tour groups. The design needed to balance impact visuals, technical information, and brand storytelling, all while complementing the physical setup of desks, brochures, and guided demonstrations.
The Solution
To begin, I researched the expo again into my second year, blending bold visuals with informative content observing others also in the space while bringing out key points WideSense shares with their network.
To engage both casual visitors and presentation attendees, I incorporated a clear, accessible end-to-end optimization diagram, making complex processes easy to understand at a glance. Panel layouts were planned with traffic flow and sightlines in mind — ensuring diagrams, key visuals, and the presentation area were positioned for maximum visibility during tour stops. The result was a booth that not only drew attention but also delivered a clear, memorable brand story to UITP’s global audience.
