Founded by Shane Allen, CarmelloVision blends a love for culture, communication, and design into work spanning creative direction, branding, web & content design. Beyond client projects, Shane creates 1MinStorys, short filmed vignettes exploring how creative individuals design their lives, as well as travels throughout Japan, Dubai and Europe in search of inspiration.
Past adventures include designing digital campaigns for Netflix, touring and filming a hypnotist who later appeared on Japanese TV, and promoting a Kagoshima countryside school turned hostel — along with many other creative adventures.
With over 15 years spent moving between Japan and the U.S., Shane brings deep cultural insight into every project. Now based in Tokyo, he continues to create work that bridges worlds and inspires connection.
